Hi,
I don't normally write email like this as I expect excellent quality and service as standard however I have to make an exception this time. Very late on Friday night - that's Friday 18/06/10 - I ordered the EXPLORER-130EM 130mm (5.1") f/900 Newtonian Reflector with RA motor drive which I had been looking at for a couple of days. I went to see one at Nauticalia in greenwich the weekend previously who were selling the telescope without the mount for £245 and I liked the look of it so thought what the hell, only £160 what could go wrong?
I received it today 22/06/10 - that's not even two working days later!!!
What a fantastic service!!! I cannot believe you got it to me not only so fast but in such good condition, excellent packaging and absolutely no fuss about it being delivered to my father's address. The quality of the instrument is out of this world, easy to set up and surprisingly portable. If anything you have under sold this on your website. I would agree a bargain at twice the price. I've only had a chance to see the moon tonight from my balcony, on a hot day (so quite a bit of heat haze) and I live in a small town so there is some light pollution. The image was crystal clear, the mount steady without weighing a million tonnes. I just can't believe I got all this for less that £165 (including a basic optic cleaning kit and the oil damp compass).
I can't rate your company too highly and I will thoroughly recommend your site to all my friends and family - and quite possinly strangers in the street. What fantastic service!!
I will be coming back for accessories and eventually upgrades without a shadow of a doubt.

Hi All,
I have recently joined many other individuals in the world by getting a passion for Astronomy; I’ve always been interested but never really taken the next step to do something about it.
Recently I afforded myself the luxury of purchasing my first telescope, which is a Celestron 130 SLT telescope of which I have found, is very easy to set up and operate.
I would like to just say that since getting into astronomy I spend a lot of time going onto astronomy sites, to see what there is which I can and in many cases can not afford.
I have made two transactions with your selves and I would just like to say without a doubt you have got the most user friendly site which I have found to date, and for a complete novice like me the extra information you supply really helps out.
I will be using you again and again especially when everything falls into place and I know exactly what I’m doing and where I’m going with the hobby.

The Practika 90mm spotting scope is fantastic, your service is also fantastic, thank you so much.As I now have the 90mm Practika I am selling my 6 inch Newtonian as it is nowhere near as good.The spotter is wonderful, its the third one I have bought and it will be the last as I doubt anything will better it. This can be very negative and, in my opinion, could be easylly improved by you and your staff ...
