Brighter by design The Spirit’s stunning optical performance has been achieved using one less optical component than traditional designs. This means there are less glass surfaces to refract light which makes them brighter by design. Combine this with Bak-4 prisms the latest phase coating techniques and ‘HydroGuard’ technology and you really can these binoculars are special as soon as you put them to your eyes.

The binoculars are lightweight (just 680g!). In addition the binoculars are nitrogen filled making them waterproof and resistant to internal fogging in extreme weather and temperature conditions. These binoculars are so tough that Vanguard are prepared to guarantee them for the lifetime of the purchaser – you just cant do better than that!

P2 Phase and V-Max coated BaK4 prisms and fully multi-coated optics (FMC). The optics also benefit from the latest Hydroguard coatings for state-of-the-art water repellent performance.

Designed for a lifetime's service, the Endeavor 8x42 features a rigid but light weight magnesium alloy body with CNC engineered precision optical mountings. Rotational up/down soft rubber eyecups with click stops help to achieve 100% field of view for those viewing with or without spectacles. Full rubber armour (for protection and safe, silent handling in the field) and waterproofing as well as nitrogen gas filling, to stop internal fogging, round out the Endeavor 8x42 as one of the worlds great outdoor glasses delivering decades of viewing pleasure.

The body has non-slip handsome and silent ergonomic rubber armouring in Mossy Oak break-up camouflage finish, making the Endeavor superb in appearance and secure in the hand (see middle size indication photo).
