This handy gadget lets you mount your birding scope of binocular (with bracket) on the edge of a partially lowered car window. Great for casual nature viewing and birding on the road. The head has a locking pan and tilt handle - the pan handle locks only the altitude movement; a seperate knob locks the azimuth (side-ways panning) and this is ideal for spotting scope and binocular use.
