These superb 8x56 Spezial Jagd roof prism binoculars normally sell for £184.95 but we've got them reduced to £127.49 inc UK p&p (while stocks last). Designed to satisfy the most demanding and experienced astronomer or serious birdwatcher. The very efficient 56mm primary lenses are perfect for poor light, night-time and astronomy viewing. The Spezial JAGD range are designed to function in the most demanding low light conditions. For example for use in astronomy or nature watching at dawn and dusk when light is at a premium. 8x magnification in combination with 56mm objective lenses produce fantastic light gathering power delivering an exit pupil size of 7mm, the same size as a fully dilated human eye. Fully multi coated Bak-4 optics deliver luminous high contrast images. Super clear Bak-4 roof-prism optics.. The fully multi-coated (FMC) Bak-4 lenses and roof-prisms deliver luminous, high contrast and high definition images with near-apochromatic quality colour rendering. All moving parts feel smooth and precise. The non-slip and ergonomic and water resistant rubber armouring (with comfortable finger grips) ensures a secure and strain free grip even in damp and dewy conditions. The Spezial Jagd roof prism has long eye relief and features deep, soft rubber eye-cups that can be folded back to ensure that spectacle wearers enjoy the full field of view. A nice astronomy use feature is the extra-long centre wheel for focusing: this allows gloved hands on cold nights to find and adjust the focus wheel with ease. The 8x56 Spezial Jagd has a tripod fitting bush allowing standard camera tripods to be used as a support, greatly enhancing the binocular's usefulness for astronomy. A separate bracket is required to attach the binocular to a tripod (see recommended accessories, below left). Includes eyepiece rainguard, dust-caps, soft carry-case and wide neck strap. Two year manufacturer's warranty..
