Close focus just 3 to 4m - Ideal for garden birdwatching

Binoculars are not only designed for distant viewing. The CN 10-30x zoom has a close focus point of only a few metres making it ideal for garden bird and even insect spotting (great for butterfly observing). Just place your feeder or bird table within a few feet of a good window and be amazed at the beautiful feather detail you will see in this ecellent quality binocular.

Fold-down rubber eyecups

The CN zoom binocular features soft rubber eyecups that allow the eyecups to be raised or lowered making the bino suitable for users with and without eye-glasses.

The binocular offers a wide zoom range from a moderately high 10x to a powerful 30x magnification! Holding a binocular of over 16x magnification can be a challenge, these CN zooms are so light we had good viewing even at 20 to 25x without any form of support (resting elbows, leaning on wall etc). Beyond 25x we needed to rest at least one elbow on a window sill or door frame.

Tripod bracket included

To minimise the effects of vibration and shake the Praktica CN is supplied with a useful tripod bracket that fits to the binocular when required.

Extra light-weight and excellent BK-7 optical performance make this powerful optical instrument great for hiking and trekking. The zoom function (see picture) is a simple finger or thumb slider that moves smoothly from 10x to 40x (with all magnifications in between of course). The top quality optics have anti-reflection coatings on all surfaces.
