Binocular essentials, useful information about binocular terminology

Don't be fooled by our super low £24.49 sale price. Top quality BaK 4 Bresser optics (Bresser is part of the Meade Instruments stable of companies) and solid, reliable mecanics make this bino a stunning bargain - but we have limited quantities and they won't last!

These binos are a great general use (birding, hiking etc) size and are regarded as one of the standard sizes for astronomy - with an efficient "light gathering" relationship between magnification and aperture, the 10x50 size will deliver bright images and you'll see more stars than binos with a higher magnification to aperture ratio. The 10x50 Travelview features long eye relief and soft rubber fold-down eyecups (lower-most picture shows one eye-cup folded down) making these binoculars ideal for all users including spectacle wearers.

The Travelview is a serious general use binocular and is ideal for the astronomer: all lenses and prisms are super clear BaK-4 glass with all glass surfaces fully anti-reflection coated. The rugged rubber armoured cast-alloy metal body has a comfortable high quality feel and features a tripod fitting bush (again, making this binocular ideal for astronomy and long range viewing).

Supplied with soft padded carrycase, neck strap, and dust caps.
