The 10x42mm model's BaK4 optics and full multi-coating (FMC) on all optical components provide high definition images that will please the most discerning and experienced observer.

Superb mechanics throughout with ultra smooth high speed focussing (from 10 foot to infinity in about an eighth of a turn!) lets you follow the action instantly.

This binocular feels superb in the hand, its solid rubber armour providing excellent, secure and ergonomic grip as well as protection and quite handling (wildlife are less likely hear you manipulate the binocular!).

The perfected and precise mechanics round out these superb binoculars. It is only natural that BaK-4 glass has been manufactured into these binoculars and that the optical surfaces have been fully multi-coated (FMC) to increase luminosity and contrast.

High light grasp optics With their 42mm objective lenses delivering brilliant images even the dimmest lighting conditions (twilight, shaded woodland etc) the 10x42 is the ideal higher powered glass for the field trips of the serious birder or wildlife spotter.

Long eye relief eyepieces (16mm) with rubber screw down eye-shields allow a full field of view for spectacle wearers (see picture showing one eyepiece in the down position).

The Pentacon 10x42 has a standard tripod fitting point - an additional bracket is required.
