How it works Switch the 20/10 finder on by pushing the switch forward and the red dot LED begins to flash once per second. The flashing LED allows faint targets, like DSOs (Deep Sky Objects), to be seen more easily than a constant LED (and it reduces power consumption). After 20 seconds the LED shuts down automatically - more than enough time to move the scope to a new target. To power the LED back on, simply push the switch back - and again the red dot LED stays on for 20 seconds. You never need to switch the 20/10 red dot finder off! Just switch it on as needed - shutdown is automatic.

The 20/10 can even be used for daytime observing. The finder is supplied with battery (battery replacement CR2032) and can be attached to any telescope using its special self-adhesive base. (The base is permanent, but can be removed again if required without any injury to the telescope paintwork/finish etc).
