Only £274.99!.

Special short tube version only.

This superb semi-apo 480mm refractor is identical to the standard version in every way except that the tube is 94mm shorter. And so offers an extra 94mm of in-focus travel making it ideal for binoviewer use (without any kind of compensating lenses!) or other photographic or solar-observing special use. For further details see standard model.

Supplied with a 1.25" to 2" eyepiece adaptor with brass inset. The telescope has a fully retractable dew-shield as well as 10 internal anti-reflection baffles and all glass surfaces are fully multi-coated.

Includes metal front cap and deluxe die-cut foam filled storage and carry-case. The body of the scope is fitted with a tripod mounting foot and can be fitted to any good quality camera tripod with a standard 1/4" thread fitting. Can be supplied with small dovetail plate to allow attachment to your existing EQ mounting.

A super telescope for binoviewing and 'special' projects!
