This special eyepiece has a built-in prism system desiged to correct the image inversion of shorter focal length astronomical telescopes so that they can be used for high-powereed terrestrial viewing.

The eyepiece is designed to be used without the star-diagonal for stright through viewing.

The superior 9mm three element optics can yield amazingly good high-powered views. The optics will easy withstand amplification with a good quality 2x Barlow lens. The body is manufacturedfrom high density resin with a chrome metal nosepiece that is fully threaded for filters.

The eyepiece features a built-in 2 piece prism system for correcting image inversion and a folding soft rubber eyecup to improve comfort and minimise the effects of stray light.
