The Sima Deluxe all metal 3-way head is ideal for use with tripods and clamps - providing a perfect quickly adjustable support for large to medium sized spotting scopes, cameras and binoculars - in fact any equipment with with a 1/4" tripod fitting boss.

Ideal replacement for smaller or plastic pan & tilt head on your existing tripod.

The all metal (aluminium)head features 3 large axis control handles - 2 long, 1 short. The handle positions can be interchanged as required. The head offers solid 3 way movements and secure locking of even heavy equipment.

Metal quick-release plate

The large solid aluminium quick-release plate measures 48mm x 40mm and is ideal for larger cameras (including video - the plate has a spring loaded camcorder location pip) telescopes and binocular brackets. The release lever has a spring loaded safety catch that allows equipment to be attached using just one hand. The spring action safety catch must be disengaged before equipment can be removed.

The head is finished in hard wearing semi-matt black.

The base of the head has a standard 3/8" female threaded mounting point. This can be adapted to 1/4" if required - see recommended accessories.
