The all metal construction is tough enough to carry larger equipment and to ensure security for your equipment the device is equipped with two sturdy locks. The first is automatic and spring loaded allowing single-handed equipment mounting. The second safety lock is the white coloured slider (shown in the pictures) that allows the release mechanism to be deactivated against accidental operation.

The unit has a standard 1/4 Whitworth female threaded boss in the case to allow attachment to the widest range of tripods, mono-pods, clamps, etc.

The metal quick-release platform fits everything with a standard tripod attachment point.

The platform system is 50mm square and 17mm deep. The base has a standard 1/4" female threaded mounting point.
